I am completely disabled and had a flood in my home. The team, Ryan S., Kati L., Alex C., Travis C., Aaron S., Megan P., and Michelle D. packaged all of my things with bubble wrap, placed everything in boxes labeled with who packed it, what shelf the things came from; they wrapped the large items with blankets and shrink wrap and moved them to my garage. When the construction was complete, they came back and moved everything back into my home and unpacked it and put everything back exactly where it went. Every time I had a question or concern, they came to check it out, no matter what time of day it was, because I cannot look for myself and my caregivers didn't understand. They are all kind, understanding, compassionate, and made sure I was able to stay in my home. They all went above and beyond.
